We offer free shipping on all orders. International shipping usually takes 5-15 business days, and you will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

We will do our best to complete the production and ship your order within 5-10 business days. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.

RETURNS

Since our products are handcrafted and made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

For any other circumstances, please get in touch through our Contact Us webpage or at support@baby-ronin.com, and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please email us at support@baby-ronin.com before initiating a return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all shipping and handling costs; otherwise, the customer is responsible for any associated shipping and handling charges. The customer is also responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item. We recommend careful packaging and purchasing shipping insurance prior to returning the item.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.
